Artículo 249
1. En todo caso, el trámite que se siga en las comisiones y en el Pleno sobre las solicitudes referidas en los artículos 21, octavo párrafo, y 76, fracción III, de la Constitución, deben apegarse a los principios normativos de la política exterior mexicana.
