Artículo 25
Vigencia verificada: 28 de octubre de 2026, contra la fuente oficial — ver la publicación oficial
Las ausencias temporales hasta por noventa días naturales de la Persona Titular de la Secretaría, serán suplidas legalmente en sus atribuciones por la persona servidora pública de jerarquía inmediata inferior, que al efecto designe la Persona Titular del Poder Ejecutivo Estatal, operando la figura de suplencia por ausencia.
