Artículo 43

Artículo 43. Las ausencias temporales hasta por noventa días de la persona
Titular de cualquier Dirección General, serán cubiertas por la per sona que ésta
designe o por la persona servidora pública subalterna que designe directamente la
persona Titular de la Secretaría, aplicando la figura de la suplencia por ausencia.
