Artículo 180

Quienes realicen cualquier diligencia o actuación sin autorización expresa de la aduana de que
se trate. En este caso corresponde la multa a que se refiere el artículo 181 de la Ley, por incurrir
en la infracción establecida en el artículo 180-A de la Ley.
Quien omita portar el gafete que lo identifique. En este caso corresponde la multa a que se
refiere el artículo 191, fracción III de la Ley, por incurrir en la infracción a que se refiere el
