COPIAS CERTIFICADAS. CARECEN DE VALOR CUANDO EL SECRETARIO DE ACUERDOS NO OBSERVO LOS REQUISITOS LEGALES PARA EXPEDIR LAS.
De conformidad con el artículo 62, fracción III, del Reglamento Interior de la Junta Federal de Conciliación y Arbitraje, las secretarías de acuerdos de las Juntas especiales están facultadas para expedir las copias certificadas que ordenen las Juntas o su presidente; por tanto, si en la certificación que ostente el documento, el secretario omite precisar el acuerdo donde se le ordenó la expedición de las copias, la certificación referida resulta ilegal y por ende, insuficiente para autentificar el documento que certifica.
