JUECES DE DISTRITO, SENTENCIAS DICTADAS POR LOS. PUEDEN ESTABLECER LOS LINEAMIENTOS PARA SU CUMPLIMIENTO.
De acuerdo con nuestro sistema de control constitucional, corresponde precisamente a los jueces de Distrito la potestad suprema de analizar los actos de autoridad que se aparten de la ley, con infracción a la Constitución Federal, y, en tal tarea, pueden determinar los lineamientos conforme a los cuales las responsables deben ajustar su conducta, sin que con ello se invada la jurisdicción de éstas, quienes ya tuvieron oportunidad de cumplir con sus atribuciones, con arreglo a la ley.
