TRIBUNAL FEDERAL DE CONCILIACION Y ARBITRAJE. MULTAS, LIMITE A SU FACULTAD PARA IMPONERLAS.
El artículo 148 de la Ley Federal de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado, faculta al Tribunal de Conciliación y Arbitraje para imponer multas hasta por la cantidad de mil pesos, de tal suerte que, si al quejoso le fue impuesta una multa por mil pesos diarios a partir de la fecha en que incumplió el requerimiento formulado, con ello se excedió de las facultades concedidas en el mencionado precepto y por tanto violó en perjuicio del quejoso las garantías individuales.
