PERSONAS MORALES, GERENTES DE RELACIONES LABORALES DESIGNADAS POR ADMINISTRADOR UNICO, POSEEN LA REPRESENTACION LEGAL DE LAS.
Los gerentes de relaciones laborales designados por la persona que ostenta la representación legal de la persona moral, como es el administrador único, poseen asimismo las facultades de un representante legal legitimado para conciliar, obligarse y excepcionarse, en las etapas de conciliación y de demanda y excepciones de la audiencia laboral, sin que se oponga a ello el hecho de que el administrador sea un mandatario temporal, siempre que transfiera esa representación cuando se encuentra en funciones.
