SOCIEDADES MERCANTILES, ACCION DE OPOSICION A RESOLUCIONES DE LAS ASAMBLEAS DE LAS.
Unicamente cuando se ejercita la acción de oposición a las resoluciones legalmente adoptadas por las asambleas de accionistas a que se refiere el artículo 201 de la Ley General de Sociedades Mercantiles, puede ordenarse judicialmente la suspensión de la ejecución de las mismas, en términos del artículo 202 de la citada ley, siempre y cuando los actores otorguen fianza bastante para responder de los daños y perjuicios que pudieran causarse a la sociedad, por la inejecución de dichas resoluciones, en caso de resultar infundada la oposición.
