JUEZ DE DISTRITO. NO SE ENCUENTRA IMPEDIDO PARA CONOCER DE UN JUICIO DE AMPARO POR HABER DESEMPEÑADO CON ANTERIORIDAD EL CARGO DE SECRETARIO DEL JUZGADO CUYO TITULAR ES SEÑALADO COMO RESPONSABLE.
El capítulo VII, título primero, de la Ley de Amparo, no establece como causa de impedimento de un Juez de Distrito para conocer de un asunto, el hecho de que hubiera desempeñado con anterioridad el cargo de secretario del juzgado cuyo titular es señalado como autoridad responsable.
