CERTIFICADOS DE DEPOSITO DE ACCIONES.
Las estipulaciones que se contienen en los certificados de depósito de acciones, encuentran su apoyo en los artículos 275 y 279 de la Ley General de Títulos y Operaciones de Crédito, porque los expide una sociedad mercantil, constituyen documentos nominativos, no negociables y se utilizan para comprobar la entrega o reembolso de las acciones que amparan, al devolverse los valores contra su entrega, de lo que deviene que si la parte actora los conserva en su poder, es por que no le han entregado las acciones que aquellos amparan o en su caso el valor de las mismas.
