INTERDICTO DE RECUPERAR POSESION. ELEMENTOS DE LA ACCION.
Aun cuando las tercero perjudicadas hubieran demostrado ser propietarias del terreno a que se refiere su título de propiedad, ello no es suficiente para tener por acreditado el primero de los elementos de la acción interdictal para recuperar la posesión, porque el objeto de ésta no es proteger la propiedad de la que si hay que ocuparse cuando se hace valer la acción reivindicatoria.
