ORDEN DE TRASLADO DE UN CENTRO PENITENCIARIO A OTRO. NO ES VIOLATORIA DE GARANTIAS INDIVIDUALES.
Cuando se reclama del C. Director General de Servicios Coordinados de Prevención y Readaptación Social, residente en la Ciudad de México, Distrito Federal, la orden girada a los CC. Director General del Sistema Penitenciario en el Estado de Chiapas, residente en Tuxtla Gutiérrez, y director del Centro Penitenciario Número Tres en Tapachula, de la propia entidad federativa, para que trasladen a un reo sentenciado de un centro penitenciario a otro, tales actos no infringen las garantías individuales del quejoso, ya que de conformidad con el artículo 529 del Código Federal de Procedimientos Penales, en relación con el 77 del Código Penal Federal, corresponde al Poder Ejecutivo la ejecución de las sentencias y señalar el lugar en que debe extinguir el reo la sanción corporal impuesta.
