FALTAS DE ASISTENCIA. PRUEBA DE TESTIGOS PARA ACREDITARLAS.
Las faltas de asistencia de un trabajador pueden acreditarse por medio de testigos y no sólo mediante el examen de prueba documental, como lo son las nóminas, listas de asistencia o recibos de pago de salarios, habida cuenta que la Ley Federal del Trabajo en el artículo 762 establece que en materia laboral son admisibles todos los medios de prueba.
