SERVICIO SECRETO DEL DISTRITO FEDERAL, SUS AGENTES NO PERTENECEN AL PERSONAL DE CARRERA DE LA POLICIA PREVENTIVA DEL D. F.
Los agentes del servicio secreto están expresamente mencionados por el artículo 37 del Reglamento de la Policía Preventiva del Distrito Federal, entre los que no gozarán de las prerrogativas establecidas por el artículo 36 del mismo ordenamiento, referente al personal de carrera permanente. En consecuencia, los integrantes del servicio secreto pueden ser removidos libremente por el jefe de la Policía del Distrito Federal.
