REGLAMENTOS, AMPARO CONTRA LOS. QUIENES PUEDEN INTERPONER REVISION.
De conformidad con los artículos 19 y 87 de la Ley de Amparo, sólo el presidente de la República y el jefe del Departamento del Distrito Federal pueden interponer el recurso de revisión contra la sentencia en que se declaró la inconstitucionalidad de un reglamento.
