SERVICIO EXTERIOR, SUELDOS Y COMPENSACIONES DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS DEL.
Del artículo 39 de la Ley del Servicio Exterior no se desprende posibilidad alguna de distinguir un sueldo de una compensación de las a que se refiere el precepto, tanto más, cuanto que es muy claro y explícito, como que mide el monto de la compensación por el importe de un mes de sueldo. Ahora bien, como los sueldos de los funcionarios del servicio exterior, se cubren de conformidad con el artículo 2o. de la Ley Orgánica de la Federación, es indudable que las compensaciones deben cubrirse en la misma forma, esto es, en dólares.
