VENTAS POR SORTEOS VERIFICADOS FUERA DEL DISTRITO FEDERAL, ILEGALIDAD DE LAS MULTAS POR VENDER ACCIONES EN EL PROPIO DISTRITO.
Como legalmente no se requiere permiso de la Secretaría de Gobernación, para la venta de acciones en el Distrito Federal, del sistema de ventas por sorteo, que se efectúe fuera del Distrito, es claro que la multa impuesta por vender dichas acciones en el Distrito Federal, no se funda legalmente, debiendo declararse violatoria del artículo 16 de la Constitución Federal.
