CERTIFICACIONES DE LA SECRETARIA DE UN JUZGADO, AMPARO IMPROCEDENTE CONTRA LAS (LEGISLACION DE VERACRUZ).
La certificación hecha por la secretaría de un juzgado, acerca de la oportunidad con que fue contestada la demanda presentada por el quejoso, aun sirviendo de base al Juez para resolver que la contestación de la demanda fue hecha dentro del término legal, no puede ni debe ser combatida por medio del juicio constitucional, pues la ley común aplicable al caso, concede recursos para combatir las determinaciones de ese tipo.
