REQUERIMIENTOS CON APERCIBIMIENTO DE MULTA. LOS JUECES DE DISTRITO DEBEN RESPETAR EL PLAZO QUE OTORGUEN PARA SU DESAHOGO.
En efecto, si el Juez de Distrito concedió diez días a la autoridad responsable para exhibir las copias certificadas que le requirió, apercibiéndola con multa en caso de que incumpliera, debe respetar dicho plazo hasta el último día en que fenezca, para poder hacer efectivo el apercibimiento contenido en el requerimiento mismo, de lo contrario su conducta es violatoria de las normas que rigen el procedimiento de amparo y suficiente para revocar el acuerdo en el que hace efectivo el apercibimiento imponiéndole una multa a la autoridad responsable.
