Artículo 3.38.- Los profesionistas de una misma rama podrán constituir en el Estado de México
colegios, entendiéndose por éstos a las asociaciones de profesionistas que obtengan su registro
ante la Secretaría de Educación, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación.
Los colegios de profesionistas para su reconocimiento, deberán contar con registro de la
Secretaría de Educación, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación.
