ARTICULO 125. - LOS TERMINOS PARA LA PRESCRIPCION DE LAS SANCIONES
SERAN IGUALMENTE CONTINUOS Y CORRERAN DESDE EL DIA SIGUIENTE A
AQUEL EN QUE EL SENTENCIADO SE SUBSTRAIGA A LA ACCION DE LA
AUTORIDAD, SI LAS SANCIONES SON PRIVATIVAS DE LIBERTAD; Y SI NO LO SON,
DESDE LA FECHA DE LA SENTENCIA EJECUTORIA.
