ARTICULO 146. - LA REPARACION DEL DAÑO Y EL PERJUICIO, RESULTA
PREFERENTE ANTE CUALQUIER CREDITO PASIVO DEL OBLIGADO A REPARAR EL
DAÑO, DISTINTO DE LOS CREDITOS SEÑALADOS COMO PREFERE NTES EN
CUALQUIER ORDENAMIENTO.
