ARTICULO 153.- A LOS JEFES O AGENTES DE LOS REBELDES, QUE DESPUES DEL
COMBATE, DIEREN MUERTE A LOS PRISIONEROS, ADEMAS DE LAS PENAS
CORRESPONDIENTES AL DELITO DE HOMICIDIO, SE LES APLICARA PRISION DE
SIETE A DIEZ AÑOS.
