ARTICULO 169.- AL DETENIDO QUE SE FUGUE ESTANDO BAJO ALGUNA DE LAS
SANCIONES PRIVATIVAS DE LA LIBERTAD, O EN DETENCION O PRISION
PREVENTIVA, NO SE LE CONTARA EL TIEMPO QUE PASE FUERA DEL LUGAR DE SU
RECLUSION, NI SE TENDRA EN CUENTA LA BUENA CONDUCTA QUE HAYA TENIDO
ANTES DE LA FUGA.
