ARTICULO 264.- NO SE PROCEDERÁ CONTRA EL RESPONSABLE DEL DELITO DE
ESTUPRO SINO POR QUEJA DEL MENOR, DE QUIENES EJERZAN LA PATRIA
POTESTAD, O A FALTA DE ÉSTOS, DE SUS LEGITIMOS REPRESENTANTES.
