Artículo 35. Las ausencias temporales hasta por noventa días de las personas
titulares de las Unidades Administrativas restantes se cubrir án por el servidor
público subalterno que designe el Director General, sin que por ello genere
mayores derechos o prestaciones de los que legalmente le corresponden por su
cargo original.
