Artículo 103

Artículo 103. La supervisión de la prestación de los servicios, de la ejecución de la
obra y del cumplimiento de las autorizaciones para el desarrollo del proyecto, se
realizará conforme a las disposiciones que resulten aplicables, así como a lo
pactado en el contrato celebrado.
El ente podrá contratar con terceros, en términos del artículo 30 de esta Ley,
servicios de control y supervisión de los proyectos de asociación público privada.
