Artículo 7. Son auxiliares o concurrentes:
I. La Secretaría de Desarrollo Sustentable del Poder Ejecutivo Estatal;
II. La Coordinación Estatal de Protección Civil;
III. Las Asociaciones Apícolas legalmente constituidas, y
IV. El Comité.
