Artículo 35

Artículo 35.- La Secretaría, a través de la instancia que determine, será la titular de
la licencia oficial colectiva para portación de armas de fuego de las Corporaciones
de Seguridad Pública y Vialidad que no cuenten con la propia, en acuerdo con lo
que establece la Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos.
