Artículo 19

Artículo 19.- Por la expedición de certificados de licitud de título y contenido de publicaciones y revistas y el duplicado de los mismos, se pagarán derechos conforme a las siguientes cuotas:
I.- Certificado de licitud de título $4,509.58
II.- Certificado de licitud de contenido $5,637.19
III.- Duplicado de certificado de licitud de título $2,254.50
IV.- Duplicado de licitud de contenido $2,818.13
V.- Registro de cambio de editor responsable $4,016.29
