Artículo 103

Artículo 103.- Las Sociedades Controladoras de los Grupos Financieros y Subcontroladoras estarán obligadas a proporcionar a la Comisión Supervisora, los datos, informes, registros, libros de actas, auxiliares, documentos, correspondencia y en general, la información que estime necesaria, en la forma y términos que la Secretaría, oyendo la opinión del Banco de México, de las Comisiones Nacionales Bancaria y de Valores, de Seguros y Fianzas y del Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro, determine a través de normas de carácter general, así como permitir el acceso a sus oficinas y demás instalaciones.
