Artículo 82

Artículo 82.- La inutilización por causa de enfermedad se comprobará por medio del certificado del Director del hospital donde se encuentre el individuo, o por el parte del Jefe de la Corporación a que pertenezca, acompañado del certificado médico respectivo, si el interesado hubiere estado enfermo en su alojamiento.
