Artículo 104

Artículo 104. La SENER, la SEMARNAT y la SADER pueden atender las anomalías, irregularidades o violaciones a la Ley, el Reglamento y demás disposiciones jurídicas aplicables cuando existan indicios de la realización de actividades ilícitas en materia de Biocombustibles, y de ser procedente, deben iniciar los procedimientos administrativos de sanción correspondientes.
