ARTÍCULO 121. Infracciones motivo de suspensión o cancelación
de Licencias o Permisos para conducir.
Los Agentes de Proximidad Vial, dentro de las setenta y dos horas
siguientes a que tengan conocimiento de una infracción que sea
motivo de suspensión o cancelación de licencias o permisos para
conducir, lo harán del conocimiento de la Secretaría para los efectos
correspondientes.
