Artículo 40

Artículo 40. Las ausencias temporales hasta por noventa días de la persona
Titular de la Secretaría, serán cubiertas por la persona Titular de la Subsecretaría
Operativa de Seguridad Pública y, a falta de éste, la persona servidora pública que
al efecto designe la Persona Titular del Poder Ejecutivo, aplicando la figura de la
suplencia por ausencia.
