COPIAS FOTOSTATICAS SIMPLES. NO SON DE LOS DOCUMENTOS PRIVADOS A QUE HACE MENCION EL ARTICULO 334 DEL CODIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS CIVILES PARA EL DISTRITO FEDERAL.
Las copias fotostáticas simples, no son de los documentos privados, a que hace mención el artículo 334 del Código de Procedimientos Civiles para el Distrito Federal, toda vez que no están dentro de las hipótesis a que se refiere dicho numeral, aun cuando ratifiquen las firmas existentes, quienes en ellos hayan intervenido, dado que más bien, encuadran en los supuestos a que alude el diverso numeral 373, del mismo ordenamiento legal invocado.
