Las notificaciones hechas solamente al defensor, en asunto directamente relacionado con la persona o con los intereses de su patrocinado, no surte, con respecto a éste, efectos legales, puesto que la personalidad del defensor sólo puede ser considerada para hacer valer los derechos del procesado y no para comprometerlo u obligarlo.
