Si la autoridad que interpone el recurso de revisión, lo es el agente del Ministerio Público Federal adscrito al juzgado de Distrito, en donde se emite la sentencia del juicio de amparo, que pretende se revise, es claro que atento a lo que dispone el artículo 5, fracción IV, de la Ley de Amparo, tiene el carácter de parte en dicho juicio y por ende, legitimado para interponer el recurso de revisión.
