PRUEBA DOCUMENTAL. REQUISITO PARA LA PROCEDENCIA DE SU COTEJO.
La Junta actúa conforme a derecho, cuando desecha el cotejo de la copia de un documento, si la parte oferente no precisa para tal fin el lugar específico donde existe el original de aquél, pues es un presupuesto necesario exigido por el artículo 801 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.
