JUECES DE DISTRITO. SUS SENTENCIAS NO SON VIOLATORIAS DE LAS GARANTIAS INDIVIDUALES.
Cuando los jueces de Distrito actúan como órganos de control constitucional no incurren en violación de garantías individuales al dictar sentencias en amparos indirectos, en virtud de que la función jurisdiccional de dichos jueces consiste precisamente en resolver sobre la constitucionalidad o inconstitucionalidad de los actos reclamados, de tal manera que jurídicamente no es posible que en sus sentencias violen garantías individuales, razón por la cual durante el juicio constitucional y su fallo sólo se podrán infringir preceptos de la Ley de Amparo al través de los cuales deben ser examinados sus actos.
