HONORARIOS PROFESIONALES, REQUISITOS PARA EL COBRO DE.
Las condiciones para la procedencia de la acción de cobro de honorarios, son tres; a saber: a) Que el actor haya prestado servicios profesionales al demandado, b) Que el demandante tenga expedido a su favor el correspondiente título para el ejercicio de su profesión y c) Que los honorarios no hayan sido cubiertos.
