Si la resolución presidencial comprende en las tierras afectadas, los terrenos de una persona, es indudable que no se viola garantía alguna, al darse posesión al núcleo de población beneficiado, pues al darse posesión al poblado favorecido, no se hace más que ajustarse a los términos estrictos de la resolución presidencial.
