COSTAS EN JUICIOS EJECUTIVOS MERCANTILES.
La ley procesal civil no es aplicable en cuanto al pago de las costas en los juicios ejecutivos mercantiles, porque el Código de Comercio contiene en su artículo 1084 disposiciones expresas sobre el particular.
