Artículo 46 Ter.
Expedición de comprobantes electrónicos por internet.
1. Los partidos políticos, coaliciones, aspirantes y candidaturas independientes, deberán expedir los CEI que
correspondan con motivo de sus ingresos, a través del módulo que para tal efecto ponga a su disposición el
Instituto.
Los ingresos por los cuales deberán generarse los CEI son: por aportaciones que reciban de militantes y
simpatizantes, precandidaturas, candidaturas, aspirantes y candidaturas Independientes, en especie y efectivo.
2. Para tal efecto, los CEI deberán ser expedidos con la e.firma vigente de la persona responsable de finanzas.
