ARTICULO 373. - AL QUE SE IMPUTE EL HECHO DE HABER TOMADO UNA COSA
AJENA, Y ACREDITE HABERLA TOMADO CON CARACTER TEMPORAL PARA SU USO,
SE LE APLICARAN DE UNO A SEIS MESES DE PRISION, SIEMPRE QUE JUSTIFIQUE
NO HABERSE NEGADO A DEVOLVERLA SI SE LE REQUIRIO A ELLO. ADEMAS,
PAGARA AL OFENDIDO, COMO REPARACION DEL DAÑO, EL DOBLE DEL ALQUILER,
ARRENDAMIENTO O INTERES DE LA COSA HURTADA.
