ARTICULO 39. La permisionaria de un aeródromo de servicio al público debe elaborar su Programa Indicativo de Inversiones en materia de Construcción, Conservación y Mantenimiento, en el que se incluyan medidas específicas relacionadas con la seguridad y protección del medio ambiente, de conformidad con el Reglamento y las disposiciones técnico-administrativas que se emitan. Dicho programa debe hacerse del conocimiento de la Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil.
