Artículo 129. Sede del Observatorio Judicial. El Observatorio tendrá su sede en la ciudad de Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza,
sin perjuicio de que pueda sesionar en lugar distinto, previo acuerdo del Consejo Técnico General.
