PRUEBA TESTIMONIAL. CARECE DE VALOR, CUANDO CONTRADICE MANIFESTACIONES DEL OFERENTE.
Cuando consta en el juicio laboral la existencia de contradicciones entre las declaraciones de los testigos y las manifestaciones rendidas por el oferente de los mismos, es evidente que en tal circunstancia los testimonios carecen de valor probatorio.
