ENDOSO EN PROCURACION. SON OPONIBLES LAS EXCEPCIONES PERSONALES TRATANDOSE DEL.
El endoso en procuración no transmite la titularidad de los derechos que tiene el endosante respecto del título, sino que únicamente confiere al endosatario un mandato para lograr el cobro de ese documento, y por ende, en este caso sí se pueden oponer las excepciones personales, ya que así lo establece el artículo 35 de la Ley de Títulos y Operaciones de Crédito, en su último párrafo.
